Red-Hot Sesame Dressing
This is one of my favorite salad dressing recipes. It's great on plain cucumbers or on a salad topped with mandarin oranges and chow mein noodles. So many of my favorite flavors - soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and Sriracha!
Red-Hot Sesame Dressing
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1. Whisk all ingredients (except the sesame seeds) together until the brown sugar dissolves.
2. Stir in sesame seeds.
Lasts up to one week when covered and stored in the refrigerator.
